It started on the outskirts of Houston in 1974 — a single showroom, two brothers with a pickup truck, and an absolute conviction that real linoleum, made from natural linseed oil, wood flour, and jute, deserved a better future than the cheap synthetics flooding the market.
Robert and James Hayes grew up watching their father refinish floors across Harris County. They knew what quality looked like, and they knew Houston homeowners deserved it. What began as a local flooring shop has grown into one of America's most trusted linoleum roll suppliers — shipping to all 50 states — while staying true to every value the Hayes family built this business on.
